I know I could probably install Ubuntu on here, I just feel no need to. I'll probably get the new OS itch in six months and install GNU or something, who knows.
I've changed the project maintainer to you. My latest bzr branch changes over to YAML instead of XML for the uploaded data, which needs to be done soonish. Best of luck to you.

Well, I've got some bad news; my new Macbook arrived last week, and after several days with it I've had no urge to install Ubuntu on it. So, I'm going to be abandoning this project. If there is anyone who is interested in taking over, respond here and I'll see about moving the stuff on Launchpad over to you. I'm going to be on vacation and offline for the next few days, but please respond if you are interested.
Thanks a bunch to all the people who contributed code or time, and also to everyone who's found the project useful in some way.

Also, if you could report bugs to the launchpad project instead of here, it would help me manage the bug's lifecycle better and avoid bothering the RescueTime guys.

Okay, I finally got around to pushing out an update this weekend. Biggest new feature is a gnome panel applet that Lars created for controlling the uploader. We also did some major refactoring on the code base, so let me know of any bugs or other problems you experience.

Hey everyone. I've got a basic uploader written in Python that I've been using for the past few weeks. I haven't ever gotten around to testing it on different systems (I'm using Ubuntu 7.10), but it's available at https://launchpad.net/rescuetime-linu... for anyone who's interested in trying it out.

I've been meaning to post it here, but I wanted to wait until I at least tried it on KDE/etc. I've never managed to get around to it though, so I guess I'll go ahead and post it here. Anyways, please try it out and submit any problems you have.
