On your toolbar,next to the thumbs up/thumbs down, there is an "All" drop down menu. You can select videos from there.
Also, under Tools> Toolbar Options there is an option to see Channels and the video option is there too.

I'd agree that the FAQ should be more prominent, but it's in the footer: http://www.stumbleupon.com/help/

The site still works the same with the "old" toolbar.

i'd vote for the option.
