"So the Question is how I get something like that to work in 2.0? "
Try placing your code inside a Google Gadget plugin. Currently that is the only place where they are not stripping JS.
Example here.-

Guy Fawkes replied on May 16, 2008 14:19 to the question "How do I unlink personal and professional wikis? (Not "Mom" at work!)" in PBwiki:
Be sure to keep a careful eye on which account you are using. You cannot log in to both accounts at the same time, and switch back and forth between windows. If you switch identities in one window, all other logged-in windows will assume the new identity. Rather than creating multiple accounts, PBwiki should do like Google Groups does, and allow you to set the publicly-viewable username on a case-by-case basis. That way, you could have one account, but you're "Mom" on some wikis, and "Julie" on others.

Guy Fawkes replied on May 16, 2008 14:01 to the question ""Contact the owner" inside the page" in PBwiki:
Sure, put this code in the source of your page:
<a href="/contact.php">Contact The Owner</a>

Guy Fawkes replied on May 14, 2008 18:53 to the question "Wiki name permanently retired?" in PBwiki:
They started "retiring" names about a year ago, with no explanation. They've never given an honest (i.e., complete and technical) explanation of why they made this policy decision. I'm sure (if they deign to reply at all), the answer you'll get will involve the growing complexity of their systems, or some such mumbledygook, very similar to their excuse for not allowing wikis to be renamed.
Guy Fawkes replied on May 14, 2008 14:19 to the question "Where can I find links to all the public PBwiki's?" in PBwiki:
http://pbwiki.com/public.php used to list all of the "public" wikis, but it has been abandoned.

Guy Fawkes replied on May 14, 2008 14:08 to the question "how do i convert from v2 to v1 ?" in PBwiki:
Yes, V1 is much easier to use than V2, on many counts.
No, it is not possible for you to convert your wiki from V2 to V1, because it's not possible for them to do so . They have "reserved the right to enable this feature" once they figure out how to do it.
No, you will not be able to use the same URL if you delete your V2 wiki.

Guy Fawkes replied on May 13, 2008 14:12 to the question "Color Scheme for Free Wiki" in PBwiki:
I was able to change the color scheme for the PBwiki V2.0 Missing Features Wiki (a free wiki) to 'Plum', and it stayed that way. If you're using a V2.0 wiki, you may need to contact support if this continues to be a problem on your wiki, since it seems to be working elsewhere.

Put the widget code inside a Google Gadget plugin. Here's the "Multi Web Search Engine Widget" as an example.

A comment on the question "Can people make comments on PBWiki 2.0?" in PBwiki:
They must have an account, *and* you must invite them to the wiki, *and* they must be logged in to the wiki, before they are allowed to leave a comment. There is no way to open up comments to the public, even for Premium wikis. – Guy Fawkes, on May 12, 2008 13:30
A comment on the question "google gadget on 2 web pages thinks it's the same gadget!" in PBwiki:
Really? It sounds like they're storing the data in the cookie, which means your notes won't be available from any other computer (which isn't a problem as long as you only work from one computer). – Guy Fawkes, on May 09, 2008 19:19
