Mockup a multiple page PDF in skitchIs it possible to mockup a multiple page PDF in skitch? I'd like to be able to import a 10 page PDF document and go through each page 1 by 1 in skitch, markup corrections and then export it.
Is this possible? It seems like right now Skitch will only do 1 page at a time.
Anthony replied on July 24, 2009 17:52 to the problem "Signing in with OpenID can result in a loss of your topic's details" in Get Satisfaction:
The happens to be on a regular basis. Here are my steps:
1. I want to make a comment or start a new post
2. I write the entire thing out
3. It's not until I'm finished GetSatisfaction reminds me that I need to be signed-in
4. Since I use openID GetSatisfaction tells me that I'm going to lose everything I just wrote when I leave the current page to sign-in.
5. Now I have a few options: a) give up b) sign-in and retype the whole thing c) copy&paste what I wrote so I can easily re-enter it later.
Note there is another annoying problem with option c. GetSatisfaction makes it look like I can select text, but I can't. I actually thought my browser crashed for a second, but then I realized I needed to cancel out of the current sign-in popup before I could select the text on the page.
This is really annoying since I forget that this happens almost every time I write a post... then after I'm all done sharing my thoughts I'm told I'll have to retype them again.
I spent a reasonable amount of effort sharing this issue with you. If you made me retype the whole thing again it'd be a major nuisance. Fortunately I already am signed-in since you just made me after I tried posting elsewhere.

Outpost is still crashing after the 1.0.1 updateI just updated to 1.0.1 and it definitely helped. Before I couldn't even sync my projects. Not they're all synced but when I can only browse them for 10 - 20 seconds before the Outpost crashes.
It seems like if I open just about anything the app crashes within a few seconds. I'm glad I finally got to play a little. The UI looks phenomenal so I'm looking forward to having this work.

Worth is a relative term. You can't really use it unless you have some idea of the development effort required to make this happen.
Would this take 2 hours or 10 weeks? If you know the answer then maybe you can shout about what's worth what.
I'm fairly certain Quick Look is available for 3rd party integration. I can list 3 apps that use of off the top of my head:
* CyberDuck
* Pathfinder
* Google Quick Search Box
If you're going to have a OS X app I imagine integration tight integration with OS X would be on the agenda (i.e. leveraging existing services provided by OS X).

How can I login to the PassPack Desktop if I use openID?I just installed the passpack desktop app, but I use openid and there doesn't seem to be a way to login with openid.
Anthony replied on January 07, 2009 06:59 to the question "does outpost support openid login?" in Morfunk:
Will there ever be a way to just type my openID URL? instead of that really long mess. The reason this is especially annoying...
Your app crashed on me a few times so I tried deleting it and starting over. After typing my incredibly long "special login" 3 times now I'm a bit annoyed. Hopefully the recent update fixes this and I'll never have to type a 20 character password again.
I'm looking forward to using your app, but regretting that I bought version 1.

Show all to-dos on the dashboardThere is no dashboard option to show "all' to-dos. I can see to-dos for a specific person, but I want a few that just shows every open to do and also shows me who its assigned too.
Right now I'm involved in multiple projects and maintain to-dos across them. To-dos are often "unassigned' but I can grab them and get them done. However, I have to click around each project to make sure I see them all.
I know there is a view for all "unassigned" todos, but it'd be easier if I could see "everything."

Do you have any plans for Scribd Analytics?I'd like to eventually have a way to view analytics about all of my documents. Beyond knowing how many visits each document received I'd like to know:
* How many times they've been downloaded
* How many times they've been favorited & liked
* How they're viewed over time
* How many unique viewers versus total views
* Where the visits come from? My website or directly within Scribd?
Anthony replied on January 04, 2009 02:19 to the question "When do you guys integrate your help desk with Get Satisfaction?" in Zendesk:
Does ZenDesk have any desire to do this? Or is it even possible?
I'd much rather use GetSatisfaction for my company forums than the built in forums feature.
I think GetSatisfaction and ZenDesk are both best in class products. Both just go to show you that it's very difficult to be a jack-of-all trades.
Before each of these products everyone had assumptions "forums" and "helpdesks" and there was no innovation in the UI. ZenDesk and GetSatisfaction both showed us that there was much innovation still to be done. Kind of like how Gmail showed everyone that webmail could be much better too.
However, the unfortunate thing is, the forums feature in ZenDesk also shows how difficult it is to be focused on multiple things. ZenDesk is clearly Help Desk 2.0, but ZenDesk forums are still forums 1.0.
Why not keep focusing on Help Desk and let Get Satisfaction focus on forums? If this was possible it'd be awesome. The only thing I'd really like...
Automatically turn a ZenDesk ticket into a Get Satisfaction thread. :)

I want to use quick look to view notes on my MacWould it be possible to integrate Evernote with Quick Look for Mac? So when I'm on a note I can just hit [spacebar] to quickly view the note using Quick Look. That'd be sweet if possible.

When I use OpenID automatically highlight my username so it's easier to fill in.This is minor, but it's a nice touch. When I select my openID provider it'd be cool if PassPack automatically highlighted my userID. That way I could immediately begin typing.
I attached a screenshot to show what I mean. By default PassPack selects nothing so I can see my correct openID format, but then I have to manually highlight / select "username' and retype my actual username.
If passpack had already selected / highlighted "username" then I could just immediately begin typing, hit enter, login, and avoid a few unnecessary steps.
