We're a printing company that's trying to share PDFs that our customers would use to format their artwork. They, obviously, need to be able to download them. Viewing them in a web page isn't very important. It's more important that they can grab them and use them within Adobe CS.

Can I choose what documents use of smart look?

I have some PDF documents on my website that I don't want to use smart look. I want the user to only have the option of downloading them. Is this possible?

My users want to download certain PDFs and if I turn on smart look they won't be able to do so intuitively.

I'm aware that you can right click and "save as" to download, but most users don't know that's possible. There needs to be a more obvious way for them to download. Another option would be to give them a very clear download button once they open the smart look viewer.

I don't like this idea. I think it'd just add clutter unless really well done.

I also don't want to deal with the hassle of maintaining a get satisfaction wiki as I imagine once implemented users browsing my site will want to see this.

If someone wants to post a lot of information about their company/product wouldn't it make sense to do it on their own web site?

What if I know there are a bunch of duplicates in my account that are not being merged? It'd be nice if Soocial gave me an option to find potential duplicates, review them, and merge. Right now I have to manually find duplicates, move data, and delete accounts to clean up my contacts.

Is anything like that planned?

You need an iPhone to sync Gmail with Address Book. Otherwise it doesn't work. You also need to plug your iPhone into the Mac to do it.

What if I just want to click 'sync' and I don't own an iPhone? They already do this with Yahoo Mail. It'd be nice if it was available for Gmail too.

I can't view contacts in social. I just started my account and loaded 350 contacts, but when I select them they're forever 'loading.' So I can see their names, but I can't view their details.
