Heh, that is pretty silly. I'm sure its just an over site but it really doesn't work to essentially say: "Follow this link to another place of mine on the web, and don't follow this link anywhere."

This is just foolish. The spammers don't check, they just go with the odds. I can't see myself ever using rel="nofollow".
