While this "Compact view" may be better. It is still BS. I hate the "dial pad" its all garbage roll that crap back NOBODY i talk to likes it this is a big issue that is not being heard. I much prefer Google Voice over skype..it's free unlike skype which is VERY slow and crappy.

Went into silverlight beta; They won't let me opt out, EXTREMELY rude reps. Told me to just cancel my account if I cared so much. Cant even use watch-now features no movies can be watched via silverlight.

Comcast rapes me with insults then provides false rep ID!

Comcast insulted me while getting tech support; then gave me faulty name of rep! Gave me a faulty rep ID #, Manager was a jerk, woman was a witch from point of calling them then called me rude immature and said "You must be under 15!" I think I might just go ditch their service! I've been having spotty service for a while now!
