Here are some answers for you:

1) Yes, we keep the folder structure intact.
2) Yes, it will create the folder.
3) Yes, to a different account (so long as it is IMAP and registered with MessageBunker) or to a different root folder on your existing account.

MessageBunker's search is based on keywords in emails, so you can't specify a folder to search on. However, you can use Time Travel is see a specific folder's contents at a given point in time.

No problem. So long as you have your username for the server, just enter your most common address. It'll also pick up everything else. The email address is required so we can contact you if we need to and so you can tell multiple accounts apart.

Is your server set to imap.google.com?
Is IMAP enabled on your account?
Is SSL security on? (It must be)

That's a good point Gus. We heavily encrypt passwords so there's no reason why you can't have a special character. I'll submit it as a change request.

Hi Eusty,

This normally refers to either an incorrect server name or incorrect username and password. Double-check all the settings, make sure you've got the right service and SSL is set correctly (off for imap.apm-internet.net, on for imap.overssl.net).

If that still doesn't work, get back to me.
