I also have this problem message blocking my access on the web client. I can still use Twitter with a desktop client.

Poor New Interface, Does NOTHING to help manage feeds
Your new interface/dashboard makes it MUCH MORE DIFFICULT to manage large number of feeds. Your previous UI was MUCH BETTER!
