I got a consusing yet frustrating problem with SPF. The problem is that, i can not anymore see the computers in the network since i installed SPF on all of them. I searched for some solutions here BUT nothing happened. I tried everything; i changed SPF settings of Network Security to permit for all of the module as well as in Predefined and i added the network in the trusted as well but nothing hapened. I even disabled NIPS and HIPS BUT again nothing solved. Ironically, i even disabled the SPF itself completely BUT i still can not see the networked computers. THE PROBLEM was SOLVED only when i completely unistalled all of SPF from all of the computer which of course can not be called a solution.

would you please help me with this.

What type of networks does VIPRE Enterprise work on? in other words, does it need to be installed on Server/Client network so that all client antivirus agents can be controlled via the admin console AND can the same be done on workgroup networks as well?

ALSO, do i still need to install personal firewalls on all computers as VIPRE is not like Internet Security Suites in that it does not include firewall?
