Please open up your Edit presentation page and come to 'other options' at the bottom of the page..
Check the 'Restore the original thumbnail' box and update...

This should solve your problem, if you still have problem, please let us know...

Hi Jen,

There is no limit on the number of presentations you can upload.

And we dont't remove slideshows, the slideshow is removed only when the author deletes it or when the slideshow violates any of the SlideShare's Terms & Conditions.

This is a setting in some versions of Wordpress that converts div tags to p tags. This may break your blog's layout.

Here's a quick fix:

# Login to your Wordpress blog
# Open the 'Users' tab
# Open the 'Your Profile' tab
# Under 'Personal Options' uncheck the check box labeled 'Use the visual editor when writing'
# Click the 'Update Profile' button

# Now copy your embed code from SlideShare and paste it in the 'Code' view in your blog post.

That should solve it. Please let us know if you face further issues with this.

In the meantime, you can save your powerpoints as PDFs and upload on SlideShare.

We can't stop transcripts from being created. Whatever is on the PDF will be published as transcript.
