Pamela Havill's dashboard

We have discovered an account that has been inactive for over 7 months. It seems this person created the account to test his new I-Phone and never came back. As it happens, this account is the name of a new app that we've developed. Is there a way for us to procure the name seeing how it seems to be a squatted account and is well beyond the 6 months deletion period? Any help would be appreciated.
