Hi Jeff,
Unfortunately we had to remove the widgets when we released the new version of the service. It has to be updated to work with our new platform and we simply haven't gotten it done yet. We should have it back soon!

In the meantime, a work-around would be to import the FiltrFeed into another widget maker like Newsgator's http://www.newsgatorwidgets.com/signu...

The issue is likely your minimum font size for email messages. Ensure the minimum size is medium or smaller and you should be in good shape. This is found on the Settings>Mail>Mail control panel as shown below.

The Filtrbox daily briefing emails are not formatting correctly on my iPhone. I'm not seeing the entire message. Here's an example of what it looks like.

Here's a screen shot of the Filtr editor in the new release. Trash can is gone, replaced with a delete button for the Filtr.

Sorry to hear you are having a login problem. The most common issues are related to Flash or Firefox plugin conflicts. As a first step, ensure you've got Flash 9 or 10 installed (Filtrbox requires Flash 9).

You can verify your version of Adobe Flash by right-clicking on the blank screen and selecting "About Adobe Flash Player" or directly on this page:

If you need to upgrade to Flash 9, follow this link:

If your flash install is up to date but still can't get the dashboard to load then try disabling Firefox plugins if you've got a bunch enabled. We have heard a few reports of issues with plugins.

Are you looking for any and all news or mentions of apple computer? There are sometimes thousands a day, so we tend to recommend getting more specific by using some "must include" keywords.

Here's an example Filtr for Apple that focuses on news and company mentions.

We deal with splogs through a combination of global blacklists we develop and grow, and text analysis techniques to identify splog content. I'll run some tests on the browsers to see if I can reproduce it. On my XP box with FF 3.0.3 the Filtrbox dashboard is opening new tabs even without Ctnl-click. What plugins are you running?

On Windows use CTRL-click on the links and on a Mac use COMMAND-click. As long as Firefox is set to "open links in new tabs" you should be set.
