Regarding the exports - we are working on a few exporting formats for the article results so you can pull the info into a spreadsheet or presentation. This is high on our to-do list but I don't have a date for availability yet.
You can turn on and off the display of articles in the dashboard with the radio buttons to the left of each Filtr or FiltrGroup. You can also use the "deselect all" button (found at the bottom of the page below the Filtrs) to remove everything from view, then select just the Filtr you want to see results for. This can be done on both the Filtrs tab and the Analyze tab. Also - try using the search box and enter the name of the filtr- all other results should disappear from view.
For the emails - here's a tip: Create FiltrGroups and put your Filtrs for a topic area in those groups. The daily emails are organized into sections based on the groups. We don't support separate emails per Filtr at this time.

Thanks for reporting this - a bunch of us on the Filtrbox team are actually running Mac/FF3, so this platform does work, but there's some quirkiness in the Flash updater/version check tool we are working on - so apologies for the problem.
Would you mind going to this page and telling us the version of Flash that the site tells you is installed and/or sending a screen shot to support@filtrbox.com?

Hi Emily. Sorry to hear about the login problems. As a first step, try resetting your password on the login page. Click on the "Forgot your Password?" link in the login box and you should receive a new password via email.
If that still doesn't work please email us (support at filtrbox.com) with your login email address and we'll check out your account status and get it resolved asap.
