I didn't find any extra info under Gmail or my phone.
Theory 1: new api will fix it, or not. There is a new field "Title". Maybe it's that. Soocial is using this field without allowing edition. A bug resulting of Google new api switch ?
Theory 2: did Soocial change the way to stock field "Organisation" ? I saw a field company/other but I don't remember if it's in Gmail or my phone.

Ok, no problem. A little extra explanation on connection page should help. Because, on certain contacts I don't know how to choose the good one to be deleted.

selected contact > edit > remove an email > cancel > edit again = email already remove !

I have to click again on the contact to reset the status.

Soocial / Gmail merging problem

After recreate my Gmail connection, I choose to let Soocial merging contacts. That went fine.... in Soocial only. Now I have some "duplicates" in Gmail. I'm using "" because "duplicates" have one or more fields different!

I'll try to delete duplicates in Gmail and verify data in Soocial and waiting for the result. I'll let you know.

Organisation name repetition

Certains contacts get organisation name in double, like: "Soocial, Soocial" in the field.
If I edit, erase and save, I always get a double name. I have to completely delete organisation name, save, and edit again to store the right data.

Do you have groups under Gmail ? That's why I choose merging.

The last contact added manually in Soocial is always selected :
- when I arrive on Contact page
- after a contact edition
without details on the right column.

I have to clic on it one time to get details, and after for not keeping this selected contact.



I'm using Firefox 3.0.5 under XP Pro sp3

It's a good idea. Wich option did you choice ? merge or erase ? I choose merge and I hadn't any problems (just certain duplicates come back - without indications by Soocial !)

The data hasn't been updated so far. I stil have duplicates in Gmail and wrong data.. I've create a new coonection like you asked me to do. Now, we'll see the result.

edit : after the new connection, It takes only 10 minutes to proceed. I have to verify my contacts now. I'll come back later

ok, it's done with merging choice (I made a backup from Gmail before). We'll see.

Maybe I have the same problem with my phone C905. I can't sync about a week too.

Duplicates indication still present whitout any symbol in contacts list

After having duplicates indication, I've made some deletion.

Now, after 2 days, I always get the warning message without getting duplicates. Any idea ?
