They can't even manage to moderate their support forum let alone fix their software.. I also purchased grabup a while back and it has been nothing but problems.. No matter what you do, you can never get in contact with them. I switched to tiny grab (obviously a company that CARES about their software) and have never been happier. I suggest anybody that wasted their money on grabup just cut their losses now and switch to tiny grab..-

Thank you grabUp!I would just like to say that recently I had a issue with my grabUps ftp timing out on uploads with my mac. I spoke with "Aisha" from grabUp and she was very helpful with my issue and was more than generous with a solution. She gave me a working build that addresses the problem I was having and was very courteous in doing so. This is a great piece of software and I hope the best for the company with their release of the new windows version too! I will be sure to tell my friends about it! -

I sent a email about this issue and I was told I would get a reply from a software guy but I never did.. now it times out all the time...
