A comment on the problem "Comment link text always displayed as "Comments" only" in IntenseDebate:
I've since disabled ID and implemented my own comments, so you won't see the behavior you see in the screenshot. – Artem Russakovskii, on November 23, 2009 19:01-

I have the same problem where ID replaces my neatly formatted single number with its default "Comments (XXX)" even though I changed it in the settings. It's definitely replacing as the initial page loads with just the number of comments (inside a comment bubble), and then gets replaced by ID.
I sent an email to support@ - hope it can get some love.

The blog is at http://beerpla.net
The part being replaced is being generated by <?php comments_popup_link('0', '1', '%', 'commentslink'); ?>

Picture uploads failPicture uploads to Ping fail quite often - only a partial upload gets recorded. For example, http://ping.fm/p/9IDfF. It *could* be the phone (Samsung A900) but Ping.fm should have a way of detecting that a picture failed to fully upload and not post the message.

I saw that a lot of times the page actually returns correctly, with a proper "video no longer available" message, but now it's back to the same exposed code error. Ideally, deleted videos would return a 404 HTTP status.
I work for a search engine and this would ideally fix the process that checks for broken links on your site.

Some videos expose JSP code and tomcat errorsLinks to videos that used to work, like http://www.eonline.com/videos/v35487_... now go to an ugly Tomcat error page that displays part of your code.
HTTP Status 500 -

74: String bcVideoId = (String)videoData.get("id").toString();

which looks bad and is probably insecure.
It would be much better if they instead errored in a more secure and robust way.

Ping.fm encoding problem?There seems to be a UTF-8 character encoding problem. I updated my status with
is watching 'seven pounds'
and twitter got the status right but fb and plurk got
is watching 'seven pounds'.
So the question is: is ping.fm overencoding or plurk and fb underencoding?
