I tend to find this patchy, rather than consistently not working.
Events are generally in the right order, but periodically it doesn't quite get things right - usually between different services, although there have been occasions when recent tweets have ended up right at the bottom of my Lifestream, or on occasions coming up twice. Hitting the refresh button usually sorts it out though. -
