So I order the Dedicated Server package...

I then get login credentials for PLESK -

and they work! cant login!

nice.

so i open a support ticket ...and it says est.response time = 10hrs!?!
wtf?

how can u run a biz that way?!

talked to Citibank..and they said they are still not connecting with mint..
sounds like a HUGE dealbreaker..and user hemmorage to me.

should be 1 simple phone call.. come on people..execute!
