I use Twitter and Facebook 90% of the time through my iPhone and I love the fact that I can update status even when I am not in front of my computer...

It's not so much trouble as it is difficulty in navigating and understanding all aspects of the site / settings and other pages as a new user... I generally can't sit through more than a 30 second (or at most a 1-minute) screen-cast (any longer it takes to explain in my opinion is too complicated); but online / context sensitive help would be great.

I can use some context sensitive help on labels and pages... I know most of them are self-explanatory, but it helps for newbies like me
