I have that too... Except it doesn't even show that I'm following him anymore, or that he's following me... This sucks...

I've had this problem as well for quite some time.
Robert's updates only show up sporadically (say, one every few days) in my timeline, despite our mutual following status for a couple months.

And yes, it's @Scobleizer... I know Aruni has it right, I've looked at her list.

Ditto to what Aruni said. It isn't a matter of just replies to other users, we are not getting any of his updates. Nada. Also, I do have the replies set to: a) I want to see all @replies made by all the people I'm following, regardless of who they are addressed to.

Hi @mdy this is not the case for me. I was not seeing any of his replies...until just now where I saw one to @callkathy. I had checked previously and noticed that his general comments not @replies were not showing either.

I also notice that when I look at my followers pageI see his twitter avatar but it does not indicate that he is also following me (i.e., I cannot message him). I got the email reply saying he was following me. Also when I look in my Followers page he is not appearing there either.

Robert Scoble replies to a lot of people so his Twitter stream usually has a lot of tweets that start with "@username".

By default, Twitter will only show you tweets that start with @username if you also follow that user.

For example, if Scoble says: "@mdy Happy new year" but you don't follow me, then Twitter by default will not show that tweet in your home page.

There are three options for @replies, which you can find in http://twitter.com/account/notifications (you'll need to login):

a) I want to see all @replies made by all the people I'm following, regardless of who they are addressed to.

b) I want to see @replies made by all the people I'm following, but only if they're addressed to people that I'm also following (This is the default).

c) I don't want to see any @replies

So while Robert's Twitter profile page (http://twitter.com/scobleizer) may seem to have a lot of new tweets, your account may currently be set to not show them to you because his tweets start with @username and you don't follow that user.

Maybe this can explain why you don't seem to be getting his updates?

Thanks for the quick response, I've cleared the cache on my side & tried both IE & firefox. His updates over the last couple of days haven't been added. He is out & about right now, when he is back on twitter I will post a reply on whether or not I am receiving new updates.

I'm having the same problem. I submitted a ticket on the 27th but have not had a 'satisfactory' response. I even emailed Scoble and he said he's following everyone.

This could be due to caching; I have cleared your caches on this side, try clearing your browser cache and refresh your browser window to see if the missing updates display. You should see all of the updates as before.

Hello, How long does it typically take to get an answer using Satisfaction? Is there a direct email line to twitter support as well? I'm still not seeing @Scobleizer updates in my timeline/home page.

Pay attention to your spelling. thomashan is pointing out that you are spelling the name wrong. I'm not sure you noticed, though, since you spelled it incorrectly again in your reply.
