apparently because you have nostalgy installed - i checked http://alain.frisch.fr/info/ABOUT_NOS... and the to/cc/bcc + space shortcut is a feature.
however, i don't want nostalgy - so i'd rather not install an extension that fundamentally changes my interaction with postbox just to have this shortcut...
can we have this integrated into PB, pretty please?

A comment on the question "How much does Postbox cost?" in Postbox, Inc.:
@Sherman, it would be nice to have some clarity around what all that awesome stuff might be the under-the-covers aspects enable, and whether that's a 1.0 to 1.1 upgrade or it comes in version 2. as it stands, I'm not clear whether 1.1 is a version I will have to pay for as an upgrade: the pricing policy does not make that clear.
While i don't doubt that PostBox might be a very promising platform, the only evidence I have for it is what it does right now. And while I will probably end up buying a 1.0 license, I'm not at all sure that Postbox will develop the way I want it to. What I'd like to see is a vision: you don't even have to live up to it. I just want to see what it is I'm investing in... – arvind, on July 29, 2009 14:51

I can't believe there are people here who are actually complaining about having to pay for PB..
Regardless, I'm still not sure postbox is ready yet: there are still a bunch of basic features and bugs still to be ironed out. As it stands, PB feels like a nicer version of Thunderbird with a few fun features, but nothing much more. For instance, the address book still sucks.. some basic innovation has yet to happen.
So, do I want to invest in Postbox at this stage? Probably not. Do I want to invest in the PROMISE of Postbox? Perhaps, but then I don't know what future I'm trying to support by the purchase. Perhaps the developers can release a roadmap, so I can evaluate whether this is a product that holds hope? Then I might even buy the lifetime upgrades pack...-

just discovered it also happens with this quoting style... i tend to work with a lot of people using Outlook (which apparently uses these styles), and this makes for a lot of scrolling :(
