That's the same with me. I'm able to login via starting the process to receive a new password. When clicking the twitter-link I find in my mailbox I'm in. Btw ... changing the password is not possible I always get an error message.

I'm encountering the same problem. I wanted to reactivate my account, but haven't got a confirmation that it succeeded. Now I see my tweets back online but can't login anymore ...
