Asena asked a question in Wuala on April 20, 2009 10:26:
Can friends share files you've uploaded?Hi Wuala,
Is there a way that I can give friends access to share the files/folders that I've uploaded? I've already made them an administrator in the groups but they still can't share the files that I've uploaded to that group...
Thanks in advance for your help!
Cheers,
Asena

Asena replied on April 17, 2009 15:59 to the question "How can I see contact details" in Poken:
Hi Eckes,
On DoYouPoken.com the idea is that you view your contact's business card and the information that your contact chooses to share on that card. If you would like to view more details about them then you can connect with them on their social networks by clicking the favicons on their card.
We've opted to make our service a sort of centralizing point for all your social networks that you can then exchange with people in the real world. For details & full profiles... we leave that to social networks. ; )
Cheers,
Asena

Hi Steph,
Yes, the poken craze has taken on. While it's wonderful that so many people are falling in love with it, everyone has different ways of expressing it.
I am sorry that their posts on your website were not agreeable to you, however, http://ilovepoken.com is not officially affiliated with us. We cannot stop people from taking images from our website and creating web pages of their own, whether it be a fan site or a reseller page.
Hopefully from your experience here at Get Satisfaction, with official members of the Poken team, you can rest assured that we are humbly seeking to satisfy everyone as best we can... rather than write upsetting things on your web page. :)
Thank you for all your input!
Cheers,
Asena
Asena replied on March 09, 2009 08:44 to the question "Could you give us more information about Poken Domes ?" in Poken:
Hi David,
Poken domes are still in the development stage and we've been enjoying a few prototypes in the meantime. Basically, poken domes have the same technology as pokens.
The domes could be used in numerous ways, for example:
Stores could have poken domes for customers who want to instantly connect and keep updated with the latest products and offerings.
Bars could have poken domes for promotional purposes. Every 15-20 times the dome is pokened it does a "lightshow" effect, rather than just glow green. One could presumably offer a free drink to the lucky poken user.
There's even some talk of poken domes acting as a "bouncer" of sorts. If the dome has a registered list of invites, it can recognize the pokens of the people invited and glow green to let them in... or red if they are not on the list.
Even libraries have gotten excited about the domes as a way of connecting with their patrons.
These are just a few of the exciting possibilities so stay tuned for more developments. :)
Cheers,
Asena

I apologize for the non-intuitive title, but we will soon be renaming our menus and tabs to address this issue. Thank you for your patience. :)

Asena replied on March 09, 2009 08:12 to the problem "Did my poken poken with itself?" in Poken:
HI Steph,
Perhaps you have two identities, each associated with a different poken? In which case, if they are together, on the same keychain or being tossed about in your purse then it's possible they pokened each other and would explain why you are seeing yourself in among your friends.
Also, your Poken card is purposely displayed in the upper right hand corner of the home/friends screen. It should not be considered as among your list of contacts listed in the matrix in the bottom left section of the home/friends page.
Please let me know if you are still encountering this problem. Thanks!

Asena

Asena replied on March 05, 2009 13:26 to the problem "can't copy-paste e-mail addresses from cards?" in Poken:
Hi Steph,
If you click on the email address, it should automatically open a new message window. Does that work for you? I tried selecting directly from the card to copy, but you're right that doesn't work. However, you can do that in the New Message window that appears when you click on it. Let me know how that works for you.
Cheers,
Asena
