1. Your mobile number.
2. The error that you are getting when unable to successfully send a message.
3. The numbers that you are attempting to send a picture.- this way we can try and track the url of your message and see where it is getting lost.

Hello!
Sorry for the trouble!
First, you want to be sure that your recipient has a 'data plan'. If they don't have internet on the phone, they will not be able to open the link in the messages from you.
Secondly, each phone is different when it comes to opening links. On some handsets you have to go into the 'options' menus to open the URL- but like I said it would totally depend on the phone.

When you say 'no updates', do you mean to your thread or to the Flutter app in the AppStore? Updates were made server side [no need to update your current app] and a ‘Company Announcement’ was posted 6 days ago, please see link: http://getsatisfaction.com/juice/topi...
So, are you still encountering issues from the system integrations with the 3rd party SMS delivery system that Lex spoke to you about a few weeks back?
If you haven’t tried using the app since my update on Friday, please try again- we have done a lot of fixes and hope that everything is working properly.
Plus, as stated in the ‘Company Announcement’, your feedback is greatly appreciated- “its helps us sooo much to quickly locate the problems and make them better!!” (:

Thanks so much for using our applications! Please, keep us posted if you come across ANY ISSUES and we will promptly respond with the SOLUTION!
For example-
Flutter Updates:
-Resolved all of the password problems.
-Fixed errors with recipients not receiving messages that you send.
So if for some reason you encounter any of these issues- PLEASE let us know ASAP.
