Thank you Paula,
We have just replied to your support ticket already advisng the follwoing:
Should you encounter any login errors, first click on login button (top right corner) then on “Manage my Tradespace" button and carry on as the instructions bellow?
Otherwise please try clearing the Internet browser's cache files (Go to Tools menu bar\Internet Options\ delete temporary Internet files and cookies) and try login again as the above procedure.
To change your password, go to “My Account” tab (top right) and under Account Details section, click on Edit account details Button, enter new password and confirm new password, then click on save changes button. Do not change the email address in this section as it will corrupt your logon user name and will end up with login errors)
Organise your home page content:
Click on the “Design & Content" Tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page to the “Organise your home page content” section, then Select the appropriate number of photos, products ...etc to be displayed on the home page then click on “Save Organisation selections” button
Please complete all sections under the “Getting started in easy”

Thank you Maureen,
The issue you are encountering is due the portal editor where some reserved words get stripped out by portal editor. Such words are: Delete, Update, Select, Insert, Union etc., and everything after a quotation mark ";,--,create,drop,select,insert,delete,update,union,sp_,xp_";
We would advise on using alternative words or phrases to edit the about us section with,
As for resizing photos and images you can use: Microsoft Office Picture Manager, Windows Paint program or adobe photo shop or any other photo editing program available to you.
Ideal photo sizes are:
Main albums Photos: up to 1024 x 768 pixels
Main site Logo image: up to 230 x 120 pixels
Community Profile: up to 118 x 118 pixels

Atef replied on September 11, 2009 13:27 to the question "Where is my tradespace?" in BT Tradespace:
Thank you
Tradespace is currently experiencing a location search issue for newly created sites. This is a known issue and we would like to assure you that our development team will be deploying a fix in the very near future,
When you initially set up your Tradespace, it takes a little while for your new listing to be picked up by our search engines once you have categorised your business and entered your keyword searches.
We usually advise that you allow a couple of days from the creation of your Tradespace before you search for it. The more content, photos, videos, and blog postings you can populate your site with the more traffic you have visiting, the higher up the search listings your site will move
The information about our content surfacing rules can be found at: http://faq.bttradespace.com/how-do-i-...

Thank you Steve,
Tradespace search engines use site content to index the sites. The information about our content surfacing rules can be found at: http://faq.bttradespace.com/how-do-i-...
You can aim to be surfaced more prominently in other areas by encouraging your customers to write reviews, rate your products and services and continue to add fresh content to your Tradespace site. A weekly blog is also a great way of ensuring that your site remains active and more importance will be placed on it by the Tradespace search engines.
For example, you can:
-check your postcode for the local search
-categorise your products/services in new categories
-add pictures to showcase the products/services
-add new products on sale,
- continue writing blogs and adding other content...

Atef started following the question "I have been trying to delete my current tradespace for the last few days" in BT Tradespace.
Atef replied on August 04, 2009 14:29 to the question "delete entry" in BT Tradespace:
Thanks Darren,
Once a site is deactivated it won't be available for viewing, and the deletion process can take up to 48 hours, so deactivating the site is a good way of hiding the site from the public while the deletion process in progress.
Also, we can assure you that all requests submitted to support@bttradespace.com will be answered and resolved accordingly,
