Sallie Mae is definitely a tough one (I have this account myself) - most of the problems I see with Sallie Mae are when users skip or incorrectly answer the security questions. Have you correctly answered the same security questions in Mint that you have in your actual Sallie Mae account?

Also, now whenever you login, we automatically update all your accounts. Saves you a little work and keeps the data even fresher.

atish marked one of damon's replies in Mint.com as useful. damon replied to the idea "In categories, where can I find transportation that isn't automobile related. Translink, zip car, bicycle for everyday transportation. When I buy a non-sporty fender for my bike so I can ride to work in the rain, even though it's a really small expense, I want to classify it as a transportation expense, not sports. Forgive me if I'm not seeing this. Maybe there is a way I can customize these categories to show the ones that are most relevant to my lifestyle?".
