The Dashboard Feed Importer refuses to import these
feeds ?

*the feeds I'm unable to import are:*

the feeds are working; they are appearing all over the internet
on widgets and also feedreaders.

the error eachtime :

is that my feed is unreachable; the feed importer times out about 1 minute in.

yet I can see the feeds loaded on widgets at the same time,
and as well in my rss feed reader.

Alas, something is wrong on the chimp side;
not on my side - on so many sites.

clearly you are not answering my question - or even looking at the mail
which indicates the urls which cannot be imported.

I would so like to import them,
to help keep all my stuff in one place.
and then to syndicate and widgetize this feed.
