How to get revenge on spockFor revenge on spock -
File a small claims lawsuit against the company. Will you win if they defend it? No probably not, but I'm going to sue for $75. That means they have to appear in court or settle. Imagine that times thousands! Here is their information:
Name: Spock.com
Phone: (650) 366-1165
Address: 1450 Veterens Blvd. Ste 150
Redwood City, CA 94063
Principal: Mr Philip Zigoris, Owner
Customer Contact: Mr Philip Zigoris, Owner
Email Address: info@corp.spock.com
File Open Date: June 2009
Type of Business: Internet Services
BBB Accreditation: Spock.com is not a BBB Accredited business
Please join me in blasting this company with lawsuits. You don't need to have a clue what you are doing. Just put defamation of character and have the court clerk help you get it served.
Follow this up with complaints to the FTC (ftc.gov), your state attorney general's office, and the BBB
Can anyone think anything else up? I want them so bogged down with administrative and legal costs they cant breath-

Everyone, start filing small claims lawsuits for defamation of character and blackmail. You dont even need to know what you are doing. Just go to the courthouse, get the "small claims" forms and have them served on the company.
If they start getting a huge amount of lawsuits, they will be forced to revise their policies. I will send mine out tomorrow.
