First you will need to check the versions of the player and solo, they will need to be the same. If you need a software update let tech support know support@trms.com. Next you will need to point the solo at the server. Do this by launching the display engine and click on configure before the countdown expires. In the server field, enter the IP address of the server you will be using. Tech support will also have to migrate your content for you.

When you can't access FrontDoor there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try;
First, go to your Tightrope machine that has FrontDoor installed. Open the web browser and in the address bar and type http://localhost . If you see the log in page, your system is working properly. It is possible that the IP address was not set to static and the IP address changed. Check with your IT department to obtain a static IP address. If this did not solve your issue, try restarting your server. In some rare occasions they system may not be publishing the web interface of our software. A simple restart will usually take care of this. Be sure to allow your server to finish booting before logging in again, usually two minutes.

It covers everything from installing your new Carousel system to logging in and getting your feet wet with Carousel.

There is no way to remove the TPM on the Carousel 210s or 220s, hiding this will allow smooth operation for your Carousel.
First- right click on the taskbar then click on properties.
Second- inside of Taskbar and Start Menu Properties, click on Customize.
Third- locate Security Platform from the current items list. On the right side under Behavior drop the menu to Always Hide.
