Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the feedback! We have some enhancements that are sitting in our staging server waiting to be deployed early next week. Hovering over the disabled button will let the user know what needs to be completed. It's a more friendly approach than the popup alerts we used to have.

With the new design, we've tried to simplify the experience as a first rev. We're certainly thinking of trying to retrofit old functionality back into Rypple.

We'll let you know when this feature is added back in. Please note your reference # 1524869.

As a workaround, you can identify which pieces of feedback by the order on the screen. More recent pieces of feedback will be at the top. Also, we've just added a count of how many feedback pieces are unread, which should help identify new feedback.

FYI. Omair was able to resolve the issue by clearing Chrome's history. This is probably a Chrome bug as it's still in beta.

Hi Raoul,

It's not something you can do from the website right now. I can delete your photo for you or you can upload a blank picture.

That being said, we've found that our users got the best response rate when they have a profile picture set. It really helps your advisers quickly identify the request emails.

Hi Ryan,

You can ask a Rypple (a single question) to your clients by entering their email addresses in the advisers box (under "Add advisers who can give you feedback"). You can also save them to a group to simplify your flow next time.

We find that asking a single question frequently over time gets better results than a single questionnaire with multiple questions. This will also allow you to trend your results over time. We are experimenting with different forms of feedback though - so check back frequently!

You can choose 'Remind Advisers' from the 'Review Results' page. This will send a reminder to all the advisers who haven't replied yet but is only available if you haven't closed the request or there are still advisers who haven't replied.
