Hi,
Application works pretty well for me and the only instant new feature I would like is if the application to connect to the comm port either all the time or at least often enough to maintain the data for the "power usage by hour graph"

I keep getting gaps in that data :(

Dale, yes you were correct I only had the port number without COM in front.

Application now works

Another question...

Does the application keep updating from the Current Cost device or does it only do it when you click on options / connect?

I have joined the three bedroom house group....

Should downloading and unzipping the 9.10 release work or do you have to install all the python programs as well?

At http://currentcost.appspot.com/static... it seems to indicate the 9.10 package is all that is needed...

Sorry, I see you need to install several other packages to get the application to work....

As the machine I am using runs 24/7 application I don't think I can take the risk installing all the python components....

That is the error I get when I try and connect to either of my two current cost modules (1.06 & 1.07 firmware) using the CC USB Prolific Cable on either Vista or Windows Home Server.

Telnet works okay as does your basic test program which just shows to bars for hours date & month.

Any ideas please?
