I'm using '07 also. I fiddled with the layout after the third try without any better results. When I import the csv file it dumps the Company name into the Name field, then inserts First & Last name into the Notes field.

I have tried this numerous times and I have had poor results with importing into Gmail. Nothing better than having to deleting 1000+ contacts from Gmail 20 at a time! I guess that is a beef with Gmail and not Twitter.
