I would also love to see Flickr integration in the Twitter iPhone app, Flickr now has Twitter email upload integration (http://www.flickr.com/groups/flickrtw...), but I would love to be able to do that from inside Tweetie.

username autocompletion is nice, but as most username starts with letters, maybe we can switch the keyboard back to the alphabet keyboard after we type "@"?
