There was a database hiccup which caused all deliveries to get very, very backed up. The problem has been resolved, and you should be able to get feedback from the IM bot again.

The resulting signature in the spec is incorrect - the padding in this case is important.

There are a few cases where the Base64 encoded signature might not be exactly the same, depending on which Base64 library you're using (specifically, line breaks may or may not be present), but as long as the decoded content is the same, you're good.

We broke it, but had to in order to keep the site happy. We're working on ways to bring it back, though you can go back in time on your own timeline (/home).

We haven't had a lot of reports of this being broken and it's largely an unused feature (the pagination, especially). Out of curiosity, what are you trying to do that's frustrating?
