The ads can come or go depending on if we have good ads for your site. One of the great things about Triggit is that we do not serve any ads unless we something that works well for your site. Maybe right now we don't have anything for you. We are working hard to get more ads as fast as we can.

They have to have Get Satisfaction accounts for you to be able to just add them. Once they have GS accounts, you can add them using the email address they used to create their account. Alternatively, you can add your email domain as the official company email domain so that any employee who registers with Get Satisfaction with their company email address will be automatically added as an employee in your area of GS. We can also add the email domain for you.

I found that the link allowed me to add an employee. I wonder if as the admin for the site and our company if I could somehow add all our Customer service reps (about 12 in total) without doing it invitation style.

IN other words, can I just set them up as employees with their company email address and activate them?

I've pushed up a first attempt at a change, but unfortunately since I can't replicate the problem, we are working with some brave souls to help us see if we've resolved it.

It would be good if at a minimum, Triggit widgets could at least fail gracefully inside IE...e.g., though they don't work, the rest of a page could load.

At Triggit.com we have people who are posting problem that are not showing up on GS. I am getting the email notifications as if they were being sent directly to me by the user. The problems are not appearing on GS and the email notifications are being sent to the email address listed for the company.

The emails looks like this:

You can use Triggit on any site that you control that you can add the Triggit Javascript to. You can not use Triggit on sites that belong to other people
