Yeah leverage helps, I did the same thing as Diana. However, calling them and berating them sometimes works too, especially cuz you can get completely different people. The more you call and the more people you talk to/annoy, you never know, someone just might help you out.

The one thing I learnt though is don't take 'no' for an answer, cuz they'll try to get rid of you ASAP.

My friend got that My Ten plan. Surprisingly, however, he doesn't get call display with this plan. But to add it on is $7.00 a month! for call display! hows he supposed to know who is calling? it just says unknown.
Any creative solutions/suggestions on how to get Rogers to add it on?

Yeah, it's actually interesting cuz I emailed Giambrone (the TTC chair) and Rogers about Get Satisfaction at the same time and Giambrone actually replied to me before Rogers. They still haven't.

Badges for Basecamp?

I know you've been probably asked this like a thousand times, but is there any way to get dock badges for Basecamp? Particularly if there's a new to-do, message or file uploaded. Doesn't matter for what project, just a general warning across all projects you're involved in.
Or if not badges at least a Growl notification.

I've experience, and heard from multiple people on multiple occasions that Rogers has one of THE worst customer services in Canada. Incompetent people who do not want to deal with you, and simply pass you on from department to department in hopes that you will eventually give up and stop calling them ... WTF Rogers?

Do you know the specific licensing and Government issues. I ask this because I would like to know who, we as customers, can put pressure on, and what specific legislation if any deals with this issue?
