Chat/correspond with other Neighbors logged inI was thinking through some ways to increase activity on the site, and I thought that it would be great if there was a semi-real time method to interact with other neighbors logged in. Not only is it a fairly killer social feature, but other opportunities like neighborhood watch, alerts, etc. become more possible. Just some thoughts. -bryan

Direct/Private Message other users?I was unable to find any way to direct message other users. Is this implemented yet?

Yes, more profile customization is definitely key. I was in the process of submitting a duplicate suggestion to this effect. (Score one for Get Satisfaction's platform, although I'd like to chat with you offline about owning your own feedback channel, Ryan). The Ning based profile platform was superior to this one in that you could definitely add more customization to it. Keep up the progress!-

Sentiment analysis is real and can be implemented fairly effectively. I think the primary issue here is that you can't see the scoring in context, because it's currently hidden. See my suggestion here: http://getsatisfaction.com/twendz/top...
For an example of sentiment analysis working pretty well, see this appspot application: http://twitgraph.appspot.com

Show sentiment score/flag on actual tweetDisplay the sentiment flag inside of each line item Tweet. I understand the scores on the left, but I would be great to see the sentiment score in context (and help you fix incorrect sentiment tags)

Twendz Kiosk Mode available via URL parameterWould be great to add a Twendz kiosk mode available via URL parameter. We would like to broadcast this feedback on public display monitors, but it could be optimized for display: no search box, possibly remove feedback tabs, etc. Thanks for considering!
