't have to live in michigan the referrals program isn't a scam. i understand ur frustration, but i have always gotten my rewards from att and have never had aproblem with there customer service. whenever im referring someone i always get all the information from my friends and register them myself that way i no it gets done right then i sit back and wait and the only time i have to call is to tell them they have done a great job – B, on August 28, 2008 03:01

I've personally never had a problem with the AT&T referrals program it is so easy, i can't believe you are having so many problems with it
