One member can't access IM

I have one member from the UK who cannot get the IM to work. No one else has a problem. He can use bulletins. Does anyone know what's wrong? He's asked me to try to fix it for him if possible and I'm at a loss.

His IM won't work either at home or work. If that info helps.

One of my members can't get in anywhere but home. His work computer locks him out.
He tried his Windows handheld device and it won't him either.

Can he reset his browser?
