You can report your problem to the Better Business Bureau on line. I just did and filed a complaint against Tom Tom Spread the word and maybe something can be done

@jmspool Tech support sites too, because who else is going to help us? TomTom support site pretty bad.

Tom Tom Service told me to hold the reset button for 15 seconds. The reset button is on the bottom of the device. You will need a paperclip to insert into the reset area. Then hold the ON Off button for 5 seconds. This crazy instructions did not work for me, but maybe it will for you.

I am very disappointed with Tom Tom also. My Voice went on my Tom Tom and they said that I would have to find a repair sercvice on Google. They were no help at all as providing some kind of assistance. I am not buying another Tom Tom. I heard from several people that Garman puts out a better product. It sounds like to me that they don't want repeat business, only disposable products are offered by them.
