You need to unzip the files to get the .CAB file. Then copy it somewhere on your device, open the file explorer, find the file and install it then.

I just checked both of the programs with 3 different antivirus programs and they say everything is ok. Unfortunately i don't have AVG antivirus, but i think you have caught the trojan from somewhere else.

I can recommend you try this program http://lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware... it helped me few times with trojans

you just need to copy the files to your storage card, like you did, then browse then in file explorer and run the .CAB file. After this the process is simple, you just need to point a location where you want the file to be installed and you are ready.
