Getting a bunch of dropped packets from a Facebook ServerHello,
I've been getting a gigantic pile of "Log Full" emails from my router with line after line like this:
Drop TCP packet from WAN src:69.63.176.168:80 dst:xx.xxx.x.xx:63102 Rule: Default deny

Drop TCP packet from WAN src:69.63.176.168:80 dst:xx.xxx.x.xx:63102 Rule: Default deny
This seems to be an unwarranted connection as they happen at all random times during the day and night. The IP in question happens to belong to Facebook, but why is it being blocked at the router in the first place? If there is something infected on Facebook or if someone is trying to gain access to my computer via Facebook I would like to know.
The main problem I'm having is internet slow downs and terrible lag while playing online games. I have pages and pages of logs so if requested they can be made available. I need to figure this out as it's becoming more frustrating every day.
(My firmware on the router is updated to the latest possible version, I've checked multiple times.... I've also reset permissions on the router to factory settings and started fresh. That didn't seem to clear up the issue.)
Thanks,
B

A comment on the problem "crash at startup - ntdll.dll related" in Sunbelt Software:
This happened again while using Firefox, nothing else, total system freeze. Couldn't use any keyboard commands, mouse was unresponsive for well over 5 minutes. I didn't want to keep cooking my system so I manually restarted.
Upon restart SPF would not start, giving the same error code as before. Whatever is going on with the program is not right and from what I've been reading, applications that report error codes related to the ntdll.dll file usually means that the application developer is making bad calls to the dll file in question.
I am growing tired of this issue as it's happened a few times now, the time it takes to get my system back up and running is unacceptable for a paid product. I would expect this from a free software package. I've never really had any problems with SPF up until now and am wondering why these recent updates don't have the same quality and configurability as previous releases.
I am also having an issue with the countdown timer on the permit and deny screens as I'd like to lengthen the time from 20 seconds to 60 seconds or more depending on the machine SPF is installed on. Who ever had the idea to hard code it in without any configurable settings has lost the vision of the original product. People support SPF because it's one of the easiest firewalls to configure and has a number of options that other firewalls don't easily make available. If things continue this route I may be in the market for a new firewall company.

Hey Balance,
Thanks for posting. Let's do an uninstall/reinstall, but this time with a Sunbelt Personal Firewall cleaner.
1) Click on the Start button and go to Control Panel.
2) Double click on Add/Remove Programs.
3) Find Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall or Sunbelt Personal Firewall in the list of installed applications. Click on the Remove button.
4) If you did set a password then you will be asked to supply it before the firewall will uninstall itself.
5) Reboot Windows after the Firewall is uninstalled.
6) Now run the Sunbelt removal utility:
http://www.sunbelt-software.com/ihs/s...
7) Now install again:

If you have any further problems please feel free to contact our support team at support@sunbelt-software.com or by Phone at 1-877-673-1153 M-F 9am-6pm EST and we will have someone work directly with you. Please reference ticket id 001-00-245039

crash at startup - ntdll.dll relatedI am unable to start KPF after a recent crash
while playing a game. I had to manually reboot
because the system hung up, now whenever I boot
into XP I get this error message:
Sunbelt Firewall Service has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience.
Error signature:
szAppname : SbPFSvc.exe
szAppVer : 4.6.1845.0
szModName : ntdll.dll
szModVer : 5.1.2600.2180
offset : 00018fea
I can't figure out how to get the firewall to
start back up, tried uninstalling and
re-installing but that did not work. I also tried
to use a backup copy of my ntdll.dll file and that
also did not work. What can I do to get this
working again? I need to get back online as it's
crucial to my work. Please advise.
