Beth reported a problem in Kramaley Games on May 15, 2009 07:37:
Mayor's "Allow other users to send you population?" option does NOT saveI've had this problem off and on since I started playing Metropolis, where the option to turn on/off population doesn't save in Firefox. I have to go to Google Chrome (I haven't bothered with IE) and sign in to do it to make it save what I want - which of course means Firefox is signed out, and then I have to sign back in if I want to continue using Firefox (which I do). VERY ANNOYING.
It's gotten worse since the option changed to a tick box, but it did exist before then. I do use Firefox add-ons (too many, probably!), but I can't imagine they would be a problem because they're not Facebook-specific add-ons, and I don't have this sort of problem anywhere else on FB or elsewhere.
I can't be the only one who's experiencing this...?-

Beth shared an idea in IntenseDebate on November 14, 2008 23:40:
No blog URL in profile?!In the profile, we can show links to Facebook, Twitter, etc. - but there's nowhere to put your blog URL! Seems that would be the first thing you'd want in there (or at least it is for me)!
Honestly, I'm not crazy about my comment name being linked to my IntenseDebate profile URL; I'd much rather it be linked to my blog URL. As it is right now, there's no way to find what your blog is!
Beth replied on November 14, 2008 23:32 to the question "Intense Debate, Timeout Error" in IntenseDebate:
I'm not getting imports either - I just get:
Importing error
An error has occured in your import. Please contact us for help.
...so I did just now send an email. I've noticed though, that new comments posted at my blog since I installed are NOT showing up on the blog posts! Or I should say, nobody's but mine are - I was logged into IntenseDebate. The others weren't, AFAIK.
So basically, the import has to work for comments to appear on the blog?-
