Martin, I found the problem as I browsed through other questions in this area. My ASP.NET backend was adding code, it added "amp;" in many locations everytime I updated the code. Solution: delete all instance of "amp" before applying changes, and then the correct number of "amp"s appears upon updating and accepting code and voila, the code works.

same problem for me too, "document not found, please refresh your browser and try again"

I have removed this from my site, but it happens for both my publications.

even cloned a new "title" and the only html code was that from Issuu and the same error appeared. HELP!

The embed screen does not appear as Martin shows from 6 month ago. But there is a radio button now to "link with styling" so I assume this is how it is now done.

Please advise.
