Hey Jungerhans,

the sync with Soocial is a full sync. You change something in one contact list, then this change will make it to all connections that are hooked up to your account. (except Yahoo) That is in a normal situation. If you find this not to be true then something is not working properly.

Seems like you are syncing with Outlook. So I wonder if you are talking about the "save as" field. it's a bug. We need a new version of the client to fix this. We will let you know when it comes available. You can read about a quick fix here:

If that is not what you are running in to then please send us a mail with some names of the contacts this is happening to.

We have a very long topic, that has lots of valuable information from users gathered over the last years.

The topic now is being cut back to the last 15 replies.

"Due to volume, only the 15 most recent replies are being displayed"

Although that might be a great feature, there should be an option to show all replies.

The least we NEED is to get all info from this topic in some form so we can scrape the info and make a new denser topic with all the gathered info.

To be honest, microsoft does not really have proper support for .vcf files. Maybe you can find some software online that can convert them to a .csv.

Not sure what that is not working for your set up. The toolbar starts the Soocial client. But the toolbar is not needed to run the sync. You can start the client from:

program_files/soocial/sSyncMLClient.Exe

You could make a shortcut to this file on your desktop to start it up manually.

Please let us know if that works for you.

tried the same thing a couple of times with about a 1000 contacts. It takes a bit. You might have to refresh your page, but it does work for me.

The pictures will only make it to the other end on a change of a contact. If you want them all to be synced you will have to remove and re-add your Gmail connection.

We do retain the large size on Soocial's site.

we do see that behavior for some users that have Exchange involved. We do not have a solution at this point, but are looking in to it.
