Usability flaw adding comments

I've added my first comment to a concept clicking at right (in the comments panel) and suddenly I can't add any more comments at right but need to click the "add comment" link at the bottom of the concept instead. Big usability flaw! I should be able to add another comment from the comments panel.

There supposed to be a limit of 50 per minute and 500 per hour but I can easily sent +5.000 mails per hour from MT. I'm not doing this any longer as this takes quite some time and the script times out, although it send every mail successfully.

For simple forms you can always use Google Forms. It automatically collects your data in a spreadsheet.
