older beta versions of Google Chrome for Mac had a bug with dragging bookmarklets to the bookmark bar. The most recent version works fine.

Hey! This is a problem Firefox users already had before, so I guess you are using Firefox :-) Your password and username is still working but due to security restrictions, Firefox is blocking cookies from 3rd-party websites which breaks the login inside the lasso window. You can change your cookie settings to always allow cookies from 3rd-party websites



...or better - add Zootool to your list of sites, which are allowed to set cookies.



I will fix this in the new version (coming soon)! If you need more help with the cookie settings, please tell me.

Hi Diego,

you can export all your Zootool stuff to a bookmark file. Just go to "Board" > "Import/Export" and scroll to the bottom.

vi.sualize.us is awesome and it would be great to import pictures from them. unfortunately they don't have any export option or api, so it is pretty hard to get all images from one user from them. the only solution I can think of so far would be to import the last 20 entries from the public rss feed. that's not perfect but at least an option. what do you think?

Next time you'll add a new image, video, document or link, you will find a little tumblr button in the lasso window. just activate it and the new entry will be posted to tumblr for you automatically.

Sorry, dass ich erst so spät antworte. Ich hatte leider einen sehr doofen Bug in der Anmeldung. Das sollte jetzt wieder klappen. Allerdings ist es so, dass beim Firefox unbedingt "Cookies von Drittanbietern akzeptieren" unter Datenschutz aktiviert sein muss. Ich arbeite gerade dran, dass das in Zukunft nicht mehr nötig ist!!

That's weird! I've just deleted and reactivated my tumblr account to see if there are any problems I did not know about yet. It works in my case, so there must be a mistake with your account. One guess would be that you've tried it with the wrong email address. I know that does not sound satisfying. Maybe also check upper and lowercases with both email address and password. I hope it works!!

Hey Romain,

I've fixed most of the stuff you've mentioned.

1. Tags are added automatically to posts on Tumblr now.
2. Youtube videos are getting exported correctly
3. The tags on delicious are sperated by spaces now and not by comma.
4. Your profile page is back up with all the shiny css :-)

I've added (no description) on Delicious exports, because Delicious requires a description even if there is none. If you've got a better idea for this, please tell me.

I know about this problem and I am working hard on it to solve it. Closing an iFrame across two different domains is pretty difficult because of security standards in all browsers which block cross domain stuff. The solution for it is to add a hash value to the url to tell the iframe it should close now. This is what breaks the back button and it unfortunately also breaks a lot of other stuff on some sites. I will replace that ASAP!

unfortunately there is no way to add Tags to multiple Bookmarks at once at the moment. I think this is indeed a very needed feature and I will include it in future versions of Zootool.
