Yah ,at last it works, now If there is a way to get the window to stay open when I click on links in the mressage so I dont have to keep going back after it opens

Growl not starting up

I cannot get growl to work on my mac. I have installed it but when I got to the pref pane it tells me its loading growl and then gives me a blank screen. I tried uninstalling it and it keeps asking for growlhelperapp, which I have no idea where to find it. I did a spotlight for the helper and I cannot find it, someone please help me.
