Google Maps can find Louvain-la-Neuve, a small city in Belgium but I can't seem to find it on the Gowalla website. The "Search for Spots near" icon keeps spinning and spinning and spinning.

Note: Louvain-la-Neuve is not the same as that other city in Belgium called Leuven or Louvain. I could explain why but that would only make it more complicated. :)

Me too - also, it seems that only those characters actually go into the track's "songtext" field. Something's very wrong there. Running latest Snow Leopard and iTunes version.

Every time I try to restart steam, and download the game, after it is added to my game list. I run in to the problem of not being able to install the game. I get a "Starting install..." message and it always hangs there not getting past that message. When I check the internet there is no activity from Steam regarding the downloading of this game.

I found out a resolution to the original question, but it sort of sucks.

Go into about:config.
Change 'songbird.albumart.file.enabled' to true.

Now go play a file with a cover.jpg file, but with no embedded ID3 art. You'll see that no art appears.

Right-click the file(s) and do 'Get Album Artwork'. You would think that this loads cover.jpg and displays it. Well it does - with one HUGE drawback. It also embeds your cover.jpg in the metadata of all your MP3s! So if you've got, oh, 4MB high-res cover scans of your old vinyl albums you can kiss your hard drive space goodbye. In fact if you do "Tools/Get Album Artwork" at this point your entire music collection will get raped.

The right way to do this would be for Songbird to just show the cover.jpg art without touching the metadata.

I have the same problem - except I was able to install Songbird.

AVG Free is telling me that c:\program files\songbird\songbird-uninstall.exe is infected with "Trojan horse Generic14.BUEO"

Same happens to me man, but I gave up using linkedin. Don't expect too much from these guys, the customer support is nonexistent.

any of the boards on www.4chan.org -if you click on the bookmarklet on the first page, it doesn't work, but if you click it on the second page, it does.

Often times, the bookmarklet will only load the first 9 pages of a chapter. In addition, this behavior is not consistent; a chapter that loaded fine before might get stuck at page 9 only a minute later.
Also, if you click on the bookmarklet while you're on anything but the first page, the previous pages will be loaded instead of the next pages.

I did not have these issues with a previous version of the bookmarklet. Shame that the newest version broke the functionality on two site that I use the most
